Enter our free photo contest and win our grand prize of a professional garden design or one of two fabulous wall fountains. The contest has two divisions, one for your garden pictures and the other for your favorite pet photo. It is easy to enter all you need to do is upload your picture and write a short story about it.

The First Prize for the Pet Photo Contest is a Dolphin Wall Fountain
The Dolphin theme is by far the most popular wall fountain. Two playful dolphins highlight this wall fountain, with water flowing from the shell just beneath the lower dolphin into the larger shell, and then tumbling down into the lower basin. How to Enter our Photo Contest
Simply click on the photo contest button of your choice for a description of the requirements, fill in your entry online using the form provided and press submit!
Photo Contest Rules
- You may submit as many entries into both categories of the contest as you wish.
- Entries are free, however you must have copyright on the pictures or photos you submit. This means that you must be the photographer. Where the submitted photo is of an artwork, you must also be the artist of the original art.
- You may not submit any photographs not taken by yourself, and may not submit any photographs taken by others which you have changed or edited.
- By submitting a photo or picture you confirm that you are the copyright owner.
- Where a photo features recognisable faces of people, you must submit a signed declaration by the person/persons featured in the photo, stating that they agree to the publishing of the photo.
- By entering you grant Design-Gardens.com and its associated companies the perpetual right to use your submission or parts thereof on their websites, or for promotional activities.
- Your submission will never be made available or sold to other parties. You will retain sole copyright, apart from the rights granted under these rules.
- The contest entries will be judged on the picture/photo object, quality, and uniqueness and on the story accompanying the photo.
- Visitors are encouraged to comment on entries through completion of the comments box underneath each entry. Although Design-Gardens.com believes in free speech, any comment in bad taste will be removed. Positive comments may be taken into account by the judges in determining the winners.
- The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence regarding the selection of the winners will be entered into.
- The photo contest winners will be notified by email as supplied during competition entry. Your privacy will be protected, and no unsolicited email will be sent to you. Correspondence will be limited to matters regarding your entry, and the announcement of the winners.
